If you have dental insurance through an employer at a small company, you likely have Dental Prime or Dental Complete. Both plans completely cover diagnostic and preventive services and have partial coverage for some basic and even major services such as dental implants.
If you have dental insurance through an employer at a large company, you are covered by Dental Blue, Dental Prime or Dental Complete. If it is Dental Blue, you have 100% of diagnostic and preventive services covered and partial or majority coverage for some basic and major services.
